What counts as an active trap?
Any trap that hasn't been archived. Muted traps still count — they still record events but suppress alerts.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
You drop to the Free plan unless you upgrade. Existing traps over the Free limit are paused (not deleted) until you re-upgrade or archive them.
Do alert recipients need an account?
No. Recipients receive emails. Only people with an account can log in to acknowledge events or change settings.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — through the Stripe billing portal in Settings. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.
